Composition of essences most emotionally captivating.
Seductive, enveloping warmth: a portrait of a dynamic emotion or spirit. Full of movement, this scent is an unexpected and complex arrangement of rosebuds, pine and smoldering muscs.
Base notes of leather and spirits.

The dynamic and mysterious spirit. Surreal, strong. The deep smoldering blaze of fire; the silkiness of smoke.
Young heady roses, fired woods, evergreens. The hint of whiskey, a drop of animalic musc. Dusty dusk, horses.

“Don’t you know your life itself Like a leaf clings to a tree Oh my darling cling to me For we’re creatures of the wind
And wild is the wind So wild is the wind”
-Wild is the Wind, by Dimitri Tiomkin & Ned Washington1957 Inspired by Nina Simone’s version

TOP/Tête: Rose Petals, Verveine, Savage Geranium
MIDDLE/Coeur: Pine, Jasmine, Musk, Leather
BASE: White Musk, Sandalwood

Wild is the Wind is part of the original Atelier de Geste scent trio. These are the first three scents Rhee created to embody the concept of olfaction as living theater: elevating moments, intensifying space & time.

These three scents (Blood Sweat Tears, The Good Earth, Wild is the Wind) were created for the three suites of a performance called The Ball of Living Matter. Each scent intensifies each suite and the choreography of colors, shapes, moods, rhythms and forms.

Wild is the Wind is produced in small quantities by one of the most esteemed historic perfumeries in Grasse, France. The essences are of the highest quality; no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates. The more natural composition allows for a complex temporal unfolding of notes, and a more earthy yet luxurious fragrance. The formulas do not have any harsh synthetics, minimizing allergens.
