The bateau dress is inspired by the organic shapes found on boats. A boat neck in front, and a deep V in the back with a gathered waist mimics the shapes found in the marina. Color-blocked front and back with asymmetric lengths (short version and long version). The shorter front frames the legs while adding a dramatic cape-like effect in the back. Hexagonal side details and hidden pockets. Constructed of a thick quadruple-weave silk crepe.
